I decided to put this up on my Vimeo channel instead of YouTube. because Vimeo has a kinder compression algorithm.
All comments gratefully received.
Finally, and as a tiny tease for a forthcoming post (“What is love, actually?”), see here:

Hey Kit, I’m not sure if videos have any advantage over your written thoughts, at least for me. I like to take my time reading and ponder anything that grabs my attention.
Would you devote a blog to your views on dietary supplements? Since so much of our food is replete of nutrients have you found anything out there that you feel comfortable recommending?

Thanks Eric; I appreciate the feedback (and dictating is a LOT easier for me, on the technical side).
And thanks for that idea re. a post, too; I will definitely do one on supplements—those articles you linked me to on soil/phenotype nutrient depletion were an eyeopener for me.

Ciao Kit,
As Erik, I too enjoy musing over your written words on your e-log.
However, for me, your facial expressions and tone of voice are worth a 1000 words.
When you re-posted “Frozen shoulder ” on YT it was significantly helpful to me.
It is also really heartwarming to see you and hear your voice on the V-log.
I do prefer the Vimeo quality as opposed to YT.

Well, thanks, Shelly; I really appreciate that. OK, it will be an every now and again thing! I have an idea about showing you how I chop onions, as an aid to mindfulness (my knives are very sharp); more on this to come.
